At the center of this system is the data. Customer Data, Vendor Data, Partner Data, System Data, Inventory Data, Project Data, Hosting Data, Tasks, Calendar Entries, Troubleshooting Data, Process Data, and Accounting Data. I can see how all of this is to be separated into separate sub-systems, but it is crucial that all of the information is available on demand to users and other parts of the system in unique and I'm sure unforseen ways.
