The System.  It is the web-based management system for Neighborhood Computer Support and the individual shops that it supports.  Each shop is a local operation who's mission is to "Help people improve their lives through better access to and understanding of computers and Internet technology."  They are computer repair shops, and then some.

We have also, with the aid of subcontractors, built VoIP systems for businesses, provided on-site network and tech. support for events, handled technology recycling, sold refurbished computers, sold new computers and software through vendor partnerships, etc.  We are the neighborhood resource that helps families and small businesses keep their vehicles running on the Internet much in the same way that the trusted neighborhood mechanic keeps the family car and the small business fleet running with good service, honest answers and hands-on hard work.
